God help us! Yes, I think I have finally got it. My daughter is a heroin addict since she was 15 1/2, she is now 20. I have sent her to 8 programs, some short, some as ;long as 1 year. She has done well at several of them, but she still wants to use. I have thrown her out of the house (for about 1 month) the last time she used, but other than that she had been taken care of in programs. I am very tired of trying to get her sober, I know now that she is the only person that can help herself. Buit still, she is so young, and so many bad things have happened to her and will happen to her, but I do want some peace for myself and my other 2 daughters. Anyway, I am trying to focus on myself now, and my recovery. This is the first step of a very long journey, that I do not want to take. Peace to all.
