I think I am slowly comming down from the roller coaster I have been on. Nothing has changed but my mood seems to be settling a little bit. I have moments still that I want to run around freaking out at everyone and everything. I also didn't go visit my mom on Mother's day. Because I am pissed that she got smack in the middle of my life. But she has always been, and now I feel reactive and bizarre. whatever. I am back to work. Have a good day everyone.

46 well the world has went craxy. No food on shelves hour long lines at stores and people paranoid and angry. I did not bulk shop or panic shop but the community pulses with and underlying fear of the unknown. I’m headed into a meeting I don’t know how long we will be able to meet before the church closes so I am going. I went on a long run and keeping my life the same and acting better than I feel. Crazy absolutely crazy grateful I have faith and a higher power
