Hi everybody I was introduced to crystal meth during a sex party 4 years ago. I knew it was wrong to experiment. Nevertheless, did it. Since then I end up using it a few times a year. Every abuse is followed by immense guilt. Unfortunately I live in a place where there are no rehab facilities. Ideally I would like to seek counselling and treatment online. Would there be any professionals who can guide me online during my journey of recovery. |

There are probably therapists near you that you can go see. There are multiple online therapy companies that you can use. 12 step groups are also an option. |
