I'm sorry, I can't offer any help but am in exactly the same situation.

Why can't they see what they've done and be the adult and do the right thing?

Sorry again but I share your pain.

Find a lawyer who's first consultation is free. Ask him/her what to do and they should advise you free of charge. Good luck to you both. My heart goes out to you and the kids. I hope you find help. God bless Mary.

The problem is (and has been for years) not if he goes or not but what will YOU do if he leaves.

When YOU fix YOU then it won't matter much what he does.

Al-Anon and Nar-Anon can help you if you let them.

All the best.
