Time. You didn't become addicted in one day so your body needs time to heal it's self. Find a NA meeting in your area. People will help you get through this. Best of luck.

Hi NoeZ - there is no easy way thru this- your going to have to ride it out for a few days-remember it is only a few days-though you will feel bad-its normal- you wont die from it-try taking imodium for your stomach-it will help-if you have restless legs try a hot bath with epsom salts-drink plenty of water, flush the crap out of your system-WD's are different for everyone, so you may be lucky they may not be as bad as you think-like alot of things in life the fear is often far worse than the reality-you gotta hang in there-keep posting-let us know how you are doing- Dont Use if you do - your going to have to do this again- do it once - do it right and its over-YOU CAN DO THIS- DONT LET THOSE PILLS BEAT YOU - best of luck - stay strong
