I am a victim. I am being a victim of everything that is happening to me. Perhaps I have always been. But I can see it so clearly. If my X would do something, If my son would do something. If life were fair. I would be fine. How have people lived with me this long.

31 days. I’m still smoke free it’s been a little more difficult but I’ve made it. Down here in the warmth and hitting some meetings. Went on a long run felt the healing energy of the red rocks. Here we go to day 31.
