June 2nd was my second sobriety birthday.
I feel so grateful for each and everyday that I have clean. I begin by turning my will over and to pray for guidance. I have found that the only person I can change is me and if I begin my day realing trusting who is truely in control( my higher power) my day and life just falls into place. Funny how that happens.
My success is not anything that I have done, it is all do to a real strong community of AA here, adhering to a program, and the great support I have recieved from all that love me. For the first time in my life( 51yrs) I can say I am really living an authentic life. No more need to cover up, hide my use, feeling lousy physically and emotionally. Today I live clean, in every way, one day at a time.

Isn't that a great thing to know?!?

Live each day like it was your last. Make sure to tell the people in your lives that you love them. We never know what tomorrow holds.
