Hi, I'm James and I was wondering what the scope of this recovery site is. I'm not on a substance, but I have had self esteem challenges and I recently learned something about myself that I didn't know for, say, 30 years.
I think I'm reaching out for support and to support others. Please let me hear from you. (By the way, because I've cut off my social contacts --email, facebook, etc-- reaching me might be a bit tough since this is my work computer and the only way I have to reach out these days. I decided that I could not handle social media -posting a lot, facebooking and emailing too much-- and that's the reason that I eliminated them for a while). Thanks | ||

James,
you reach out and ask for help but you don't reveal why you are so afflicted...if not a substance problem then what self-esteem issues in particular.....i am sure you realize that addicts also have self-esteem issues but they mask them with the drug...i am afraid you are still in the void. | ||
