I have been abusing Vicodin for 5 years and now cocain. I want to quit both. Do I attempt quitting both at same time?

On one hand cold-turkey is the way to go. Like pulling off a band-aid quickly. On the other hand, tapering and picking which to stop first is going to allow you to experience less horror in the process.
At one point I stopped using Cocaine,Morphine IR, Oxycodone and Clonozapam all at once. Even in a controlled setting with Phenobarbatol and Clonidine as well as trazadone I was in bad enough shape where they had to transport me from treatment to emergency room setting. My point is: know where your breaking point is. We all have one. Avoid that f***er at all cost. | ||
