I am 28 y/o. I am 6-7 internet addict and porn addict, undiagnosed mental disorders. I was thinking to go for a rehabilitation program but can't find one near my area. I live in Bhilai-3 Chhattisgarh India.

Porn has destroyed my memory and concentration and I have lost the zest in living. I also been through relationship abuse by my brother suicidal depression delusions paranoia. Because of all this i turned out to be failure in life but i want to live in nature spiritual way of life. Anyone can help me with this.

Are you a member of a religion? I am a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and trying to cover my shame carried me to many substances and actions to avoid feeling my emotions. Meditation with a safe understanding mentor will help you a lot. The porn is just the symptom, spiritual healing and full disclosure of your inner hurts & failings will make you whole again. I need a God (as I understand Him), a mentor to guide me and a willingness to change. Good luck !! God & a mentor are waiting for you. So are many others with the same problem as you. All the best.
