Hey all I am new here, my name is Renee H. and I am an obsessive compulsive overeater, I live with two other addicts besides myself and they are both in recovery, Praise God, Just for this moment I am so grateful for that however I now need to look at my own Addiction, FOOD, and how my body responds to certain properties of it, how it is affecting me physically ,mentally and spiritually. This seems like such a big THING to me however I know that if I live for today and seek help from my Higher Power It will be done. I have seen the miracle of recovery many times and it is just that a miracle. I am worthy of that miracle, I am and so is everyone else who suffers from these obsessive compulsive disorders. Renee H.
