Addiction, regardless of what type, comes with a solution. For many of us, we have found relief, one day at a time through support groups, God and our spirituality, etc.

Here is a great testimony of a gentleman who struggled with it all, although he shares mainly about drugs and alcohol, it is all relevant. He shares what works for him, as his story is touching.
