Not really sure where to go for help. When I turned 50 a month ago, I was really down about my age, and ended up signing up for a cougar website. I wanted attention from young boys in there 20's, I felt like I needed to know i could still attract them. Now after doing this for a month, I am addicted to it, to the texting with them and even lost my job because i was texting so much. I have gone as far as telling my husband I wanted an open marriage and hurt my daughter because of this addiction. I have meet with three over the last week, and text with several others. I really want to stop, but don't know what type of addiction I even have - its the attention that I am craving I guess. Help please!
