Welp. I am still just gonna drop in a little note here, it just keeps me committed. I was gonna try to move to a monthly post. 4 month will be on the 05/27. Went to my womens meeting last night. The topic was the St Francis prayer. Good reminder to act the opposite of what I feel most of the time. I first learned that prayer when I was in the On Unit Treatment in jail. It was my frist real glimpse at treating other people a little better. Then later in my sobreity my After I got married my sposnor sent me a frame with that prayer in one side and the picture of my wedding picture in the other. Because she lived in another state she didn't come to my wedding. So she didn't know I had the officiant read that as a part of my vows. Such a God shot. Its still hanging in my bedroom today. lovely prayer and its accompanied me through my sobriety. Some times I veer off of the beam and dont live in that prayer but usually God leads me back.
Grateful for the time I have been given today to recommit to my sobriety SMobriety and my second chance at life.
Much Love & Repsect,
Jane

Sometimes I lay awake at night and wonder where I've gone wrong. Then a little voice inside my head says,
"This is going to take more than one night."

Forget your perfect offering.
There is a crack in everything.
That's how the light gets in."
