HI no stick.. Glad to see you post because I am in need of support too so maybe we can support each other... I quit smoking a week ago... I found my third day in the worst.. but kept telling myself that if I ride it out that it would pass.... and it did.... Drink LOTS of fluids... this will eliminate the nicotine from your system faster, especially cranberry juice,.. keep busy, change your habits ,do things a bit differently.. example i would have tea immediately after eating than a smoke.. now I put off the tea . and go on the computer instead.. Times when you would normally smoke do something different... It aint easy to do but I have been diagnosed with COPD as much as I enjoyed smoking, choking to death from lack of oxygen ,lung cancer, Emphysema don't sound too appealing..........Good luck .. hope to see you post again.

Just think about the longer life you'll have ahead of you, and how much your helping yourself by doing this. I know I probably sound like the cheesiest Hallmark card on Earth, but you need to believe in yourself and you can do it. You are AMAZING! Good luck!
