Suboxone For 3 Months

I have been on suboxone,this time, for 3 months. I was on it for 8 months and clean for 3 (with no withdraw symptoms) I’ve never had any problem using recreationally and stopping but I’m struggling with this. I’ve never experienced withdrawal symptoms before but I’m on day 4 of no sub and it’s all I’m thinking about and I want to crawl out of my skin. Can I use an opiate, like Vicodin, to combat some of the symptoms. I say Vicodin because I don’t like how they make me feel so I feel like it’s less likely that I would keep taking them. Will this extend my withdrawal timeframe or ??

If you use at all it will just compound your withdrawls. Dont do it. I was on subs for 8 year 24 mg a day. If you can get off Scott free now just grin and bare it.

I would not go back to an opiate if you had problems with them. I think you would be setting yourself up for failure.
