So, I don't know how long I will last. I have tried to give up and relapsed so many times in the past, it's hard to fathom if I will ever be rid of the cravings and control that codeine has had over my life.

Today I am 25 days free of codeine, and I'm hoping with my entire being that this is it! It's still hard every day to cope with the cravings. I'm anxious and it's hard to deal with every day stress without using codeine on a daily basis.

I'm just taking every day as it comes, and hoping that there will come a time when I don't think about taking the tablets.

This is just one small way of keeping accountable to myself.

My next goal is to make it to one month clean. Hopefully I can come back in a couple of weeks having done this.
