Wow, just realized i'm in the throws of a 3 to 4 mg dependency! I thought since it went in and out of your system fast, it would get out quickly. Holy Crap!! Very hard to come off of... I am just starting my tapering off. gonna take 2 freaking months! ALSO, i was taking them whenever i was panicky, not just twice a day, morning/night. I started realizing your brains starts barking at you when it is used to getting some. i've laid out a three times a day plan. We'll see how it goes. Gonna be a rough road. I'd suggest not take them everyday if you are gonna.
