I have just celebrated 7 years off heroin and other drugs, March 12, 2007, was my 7 years clean. It is a miracle, I have a great life, and I have a wife with 2 kids. They are very proud. It has been 7 "good" years of clean living, no jails, detoxes, paper slippers, robes, medication windows, ect. That old life was killing me. I did it woiht the help of Methadone, it saved my life, some people need medicine to get to the mnext level. Alot of damage was done shooting dope for 24 years.
