100 Days seems like I have accomplished something here. 100 Days one day at a time. I have wanted a ciggaretter more lately but I haven't acted on it. I dont want to smoke I mean I want to .. but i dont want to. I got up and went and ran 4 miles with a friend and the moon was huge and full and I live on the foothills so the view was spectacular. That alone is worth living for. My family had a small gathering for cinco de mayo. We just ate carne asada and my niece made home made churros. I played with the boys. They just love me! and i love them it filled my heart.
I have a pretty cool life. I always have something I would change or add. I am slowly learning to enjoy the moments that are good without trying to tweek them to some how be better. God usually has a pretty good plan if I just let go the wheel.

My success story

Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy.
Human beings have the awesome ability
to take any experience of their lives
and create a meaning that disempowers them
or one that can literally save their lives.

- Anthony Robbins

Sometimes I lay awake at night and wonder where I've gone wrong. Then a little voice inside my head says,
"This is going to take more than one night."

"Ring the bells that still can ring.
Forget your perfect offering.
There is a crack in everything.
That's how the light gets in."
-Leonard Cohen
