I can understand how difficult quitting is....it is almost impossible to quit if we are not sick or suffer from smoke related disease....but you are holding a ticking time bomb....it is almost certain that you will die from smoking or the least suffer from smoking related effects such as bad skin...shortness of breath....stress....nervousness...etc...i think you already know them... who punishes himself like that...you deserve to love yourself.....love you body.. .it is a gift....take care of it....many do not have that.

i will advise you on the following resources:
www.whyquit.com

And allen carr"s book called easy way to stop smoking

Good luck...keep posting
remember to think to yourself if you are still smoking....think.....why do i smoke....how is this fun..what is this offering me....

Smoking is an addiction like the others.

I smoked for 50 yrs along with drinking & drugs.

The 12 Steps of AA/NA got me free of the booze/pills in 1989 and the same 12 Steps helped me to become smoke free since 2005.

The smoking/drinking/drugging/gambling/sex etc is just a medication for our symptoms.
(if you are an addict/alcoholic of my type)

All the best.

--- I fight recovery tooth and nail....
I'm not used to being sane, it just doesn't seem natural.

Some know that 2+2=4 and can't stand it.

Most solutions are spiritual .

There are some wonderful resources on this site. Nicotine Treatment, but check out the Retreats.
I quit using one of their resort like settings and it really worked.
Good Luck to you!
