Well. I've been smoking at least one a day for a while now. I started the steps again and I have been working them. I just haven't found the desire to quit again. Isn't that dumb ?! Man my brain is wacked. I just think a smoke sounds good. I've almost made it 24 hours again. I am going on a weekend with the bf/fiance and he doesn't know how much I've been smoking. Hell I don't think I realize how much I am smoking. I don't smoke when he is around. Anywho.. I guess I am trying again. Not fully commited to it but I've made a decision and that is where it has to start. I am asking for your prayers. I am better with cold turkey then trying to ween off with e cigs. So don't know how long I will make it or if I will even make it through the night. I am not even sure why I am writing this. . . But I am here. I have found so much good people here and sweet support. I will try it again.

Dont pick up LisaM. ! I just thought I would have one drag and BOOM! I was right back at it. It crept up, but slowly but surely up to one ore more a day.

In other news I made it the day yesterday. I am going to stay in the now and say for right now, I haven't had one yet.. If I can make it tell later today, then I am headed off for the weekend with my boyfriend and its easier not to smoke around him. He knows that I have not been 100% clean from smoking but he doesn't have any idea how the addict brain can minimilize the whole thing in an effort to deny. Anyway staying in the moment. I am at work, and I will not be smoking for now.
I can't He can...

Tucking the book under your arm and taking it to a Nicotine Anonymous meeting will certainly be beneficial.

Good luck.
