Today is going pretty good. I hit a meeting at noon and I have wanted a cigarette ever since I got up this morning. But I haven't had one yet. There is no headache, no grumpiness, just a general feeling that I want one. My son just got put in jail for a warrant this is his 3rd go round with being picked up for jail. I hope he gets tired of it soon. It kicks the cravings up a notch. This is all old stuff. I must not be learning cause it keeps repeating. So the drama came up but i haven't jumped entirely on board just yet. Praying that God remove my character defect that says to save. I will see what the rest of the day brings for now Im ok. A little uncomfortable but Ok.

HI just jane.. I quit smoking 14 months ago and if I can do it so CAN YOU... after 96 hours nicotine should be out of the system, everything else is in the mind.... 72 hours is peak withdrawal time. ... It is a wonderful freedom!

Aw Jane. You were my inspiration to quit 2 years ago. Can I help you? I'm still using the vape but 0 nicotine. It's just the hand to mouth behavior now. Doesn't hurt me so why not. I don't do anything else. lol

You're a runner darling.. I don't think the two go together. But I get the stress factor. Without the vape, I'd probably still be smoking. I know that much about myself to know that's true.

You know how to find me..big hugs.

Try to swap with an ecigarette first.

Then gradually lower the nicotine dosage and in the end, try to quit completely.
