Good morning. I am ready to start another week. ;) Its my bell button birthday week and I will turn 39. I am thrilled to say at least for today that I quit before I turned 40. I hope I can stick to it. I couldn't have done it without meetings and all the support here. And over the phone with Stacey. Good people. I am blessed.

Love,
Jane

I remember 39, that's when I finally made the decision to try & quit taking all the pills. It was my turning point year, the year everything I've always known & did & learned, became the year of undoing it all..............

Yay for you, Jane~!
Happy birthday~!

Smoke free, drug free, alcohol free. Me too~! And it rocks. I've even switched to decaf coffee. My BFF will think I'm becoming a saint...LOL

One day at a time, one step at a time and it all becomes a lot more clear.

Its truley a miracle. And your an angel :). Thats not just me kissing your a** so you will still be my friend either. I can't tell you how grateful I am for you entering my life. The undoing is undoing and its freaking me out. I pray the changes will be for the best.

53. I’m still in it. The world is still in chaos. Pandemic, earthquake, social distances and I’m still so gratefully smoke free. Thankfully we have been doing zoom meetings. They works great the women’s meeting at 28 women and it was a great meeting. I also logged on to the zoom meeting at noon there’s only 5 of us but awesome spiritual meeting. So grateful for technology and people rapidly adapting. I can not negotiate a new reality I can only accept what is. For now I’m ok.
Much love and reapecJane
