No meeting until noon guess I will go excersize.

Day 10 I have a womens meeting tonight. Last night we celebrated the twins' birthday and laughed hysterically throughout dinner. Almost as hard as I laugh with my sister. She was there for sure. Not a worry in the world. I take that for granted these days. When I started this ten days ago, I had this feeling that I had some how back where I started. I am in a sense. But when I look at these older posts there was so much chaos and calamity. Almost every day - and I would be so grateful for the glimpses of the serene. Today its almost flip flopped. I am mostly serene with times or days of calamity wich I match with my serenity and let God guide me. I am blessed with a good life today. I get to learn lessons and try not to have to learn them multiple times but I am not perfect just growing along spiritual lines. Today I get to Practice the principals in all my affairs. Practice, practice practice.. Wich means some times are better than others but each time I practice I get better. So on to day ten. One day at a time.

I dont know if i can do this everyday but. The delight for today. To hear the twins and my laughter togeather & my mom it brought the spirit of my sister back- if only for a moment. It was in fact delightful
