again. I'll be impressed if I can ever post one year. One day at a time, huh?

Yay~! Congrats on 1 month!

I'm 2 weeks completely nicotine free now, 5 weeks smoke free and I can breathe and do so much more.

You're doing awesome....don't be so down on yourself, it truly is one day at a time.

Just ask me permission when you want to smoke and I'll help keep your a*ss smoke free for a year.

Going through this cancer & the treatment with my MIL really helps solidify that I don't want to pick back up, ever.

Buy yourself something nice, and no, not a cigarette.

Smooches~

I had to scroll backwards to see how long I've been free from the cigarette addiction and I can say, I've got 5 yrs since my last cigarette.

Thank you, God and the 12steps that carried me out of the nicotine/smoking h*ll I was in for almost 30yrs.
