Alkie peddling for money using their health issues as an excuse. Anytime they peddle/pander for money their usual mood changes and the initiate/lead the conversation with their health issues AND costs. Quite predictable actually.
In the meantime they continue to drink and go about their daily life as usual. Current issue not directly related to current drinking but damage was already done years ago from drinking and other stuff YEARS ago. When at least half the conversation is about the cost of a procedure and medications it's not for sympathy but money as well. He's been purposely delaying some business dealings which would have given him money and also delaying getting a job with medical benefits or cashing in some previous job buyout money which should easily handle these current medical issue costs. To top it off he has been getting discounted and/or free care and drugs almost a year now. Yet this is the person who likes to portray themselves as a "professional" businessman yet when to maintain that image in his mind he's told potential employers and business partners he isn't desperate for money which probably has cost him jobs and deals. People WILL wonder when one does not have a job how they can afford an expensive wardrobe car etc. | ||

His life is one big charade. He's been living like this for so long I'm doubtful he will ever change. Plus he has tons of enablers so why would he want to?
