Day 1 Of Quitting

Hello, I’m 32 and today I had my last smoke and threw away everything weed related & cigarettes and also deleted all numbers from my phone. I’ve been smoking weed daily for 10 years, cigarettes longer. The only times I’ve had breaks are on holidays with my family where I can easily stop smoking weed and cigarettes. My appetite and sleeping always take some time but otherwise it’s fine. As soon as I’m back home I start smoking again straight away, I haven’t gone even one night without smoking. Any tips for my first time cold turkey at home?
