I have been smoking meth only, for 75 days straight and I am currently in my 2nd day of cold turkey with a couple of hits here and there to try and taper it off. Any tips or tricks on how to cope with these voices in my head? I have been drinking beer in hopes that it will the pain I am dealing with today. I am going to try my damnedest to stop and get back to life as a new woman. Thank You.

Good job wanting to get clean. I don't have any tips or anything .i just wanted to say it's really good that you want this. I'm a mom of an addict and I wanted you to hear some encouragement . You should find some professional help . Then you have support and good info for any questions you have. But coming here is a great start. Keep going on this path. All the best to you Paige .
