Hi I am in the program for the third time. I would like to see if anyone has experienced this and what was helpful. It consumes my mind ,I have terrible even though on anti depressant . Please help I am at the point that I dont care if I live or die. I know we may never understand, but it is interfering with my recovery. Om not using,just can't deal with this | ||
