AWESOME.......

Now don't think too much of it.

Often we give ourselves too much credit, thinking we got it licked.

I found I had to really step up doing the steps, because now my mind and thinking had cleared somewhat, but that can be a trap too....

So I fell back even more on what has led so many pass the second year, and beyond, in effect I found the meaning to "Keep it simple stupid" :)

Thank you everyone !

Pirate I weighed 280 and quit cold Turkey. Missed Christmas on purpose and went through the withdrawal process. I've been on Facebook and in my journey I've posted every single day for now 367 consecutive days!! I've had other people follow suit and I'm doing great! I even had a friend send me a 1 year coin. I gave my 1 month coin to another friend who just hit first month . I have a great support system

I was 280 lbs now I'm 234

Love,
Wishing

Congrats,
i once had 21 years clean..but i let my guard down..got cocky and was around
people places and things..when i picked up..within a half hour i was back where i left off
21 years prior...
now i have more than 9 1/2 years clean...i say clean because it is
just the absence of booze without any support...destined to fail again i guess
but i know it will be a bottom from which i will never survive alive
