Five days so far. I am going to stay sober this time. Can’t be that person anymore. It hurts too much physically and mentally. Good luck everyone. Happy New Year.

Hi Alex. Happy New Year. If you want to stop drinking .get help.. very seldom any of us can do it on our own. It is an amazing sometimes difficult journey but very much worth it. Keep coming back and let us know how you are making out..
