So I did it again. I started taking benadryl again after I had 9 days clean and I hate myself for it. I don't even like the way it makes me feel anymore. It's mostly psychological but once again I threw out my stash and gonna give it another try. I feel like an idiot for even letting this get so out of control. Pathetic |
