Dear All,
Just checking in after many, many months to say... I am clean two years and four months!! It IS possible after all... and I never thought I would be able to say that. I have not been on here for awhile but your post gives me hope. I was a long time user of tramadol and hydro. I had major back surgery and I am finally 4 weeks clean of tramadol. After 6 years of use I stopped the hydro back in July 2014 and struggled letting go of the other. I am sure I may stumble along the way. But now that I have had a true taste of sobriety the world is beautiful again. I am not going to lie some days are easier as you know I just hate the roller coaster (mentally) any words of advice?
