Hello well my husband and I have used spice a couple of times now and every time the withdrawal symptoms were horrible the same for both of us for like a week until this time. We were wanting to quit but were scared of going to the withdrawal symptoms so we found something that at least for us got rid of the vomit and diarrhea its called sonnes #7 is a detoxificant that you can find at sprouts or other hot and cold flashes are way easier with it too hope it helps
