Hi Overfifty. Well done you. I will keep you in my prayers. It must be very hard to quit. My son is a marijuana addict.

I'm so happy for you!
I'm almost like you Overfifty :) was having 3 s*** days (used Aswagandha supplement against anxiety and agitation + took Gainer 1:5 to help me with the "I'm not hungry"), but I'm on day 5(almost! going for a sleep now) and everything is greeeeeeeat! except for some sweating.. but nothing I can't handle. Pretty weird for a 4 years smoker, but I'm just ready for it.. It's all depends on our attitude, that's the secret. I'm keeping myself busy (Helping my friends, going to the beach, helping my family, walking with my dog, exercising in the GYM and recently even started BOXING as a hobby. NO CRAVINGS! Exercising releases dopamine in the brain which replaces the dopamine boost from the weed. We have a magical body! f***. Life is great again! I'm really starting to enjoy every day life. | ||

Still not smoking? I just quit and I want to know how it feels after stopping for so long.
