Feeling sorry for myself today. I missed my early meeting. Not real enthusiastic. Guess this is life.

Actually, it's more about attitude and lack of gratitude.
How about helping a newcomer? Or giving somebody a call and asking how they're doing? I'm always amazed when I am in self-pity, how reaching out to someone else and getting out of self, how it free's my body, mind & spirit. 83 well I am so grateful that I dont have to stay in that place of self pity today. Its not that I never do but because of good sponsoship and program I dont stay there very long. I am gonna go do a hike again this morning with other people int he program. I put a roast in to cook on low. My hubby made it home Im letting him sleep in. Life is good today.
