Mood Swings!
My husband, being unhappy with my mood swings due to my giving up smoking, bought me a mood ring the other day so he would be able to monitor my moods. We've discovered that when I'm in a good mood, it turns green. When I'm in a bad mood, it leaves a big red mark on his forehead. A little over 4 months today. Not quite to 5. I was trying to hold off posting only on a monthly basis now. But how about i dont have to have some rule around it and I just do it when I feel like it. I posted on this link because that is about how my moods have been. So dang moody. Its a roller coaster. Life has been good. Just doing what I need to do. I found a sponsor and she has been amazing to work with.. I love that she laughs with me and at me and calls it like she sees it. I have been fortunate to have a group of women like this around me throughout my sobriety. I am so grateful.
