Stopping isnt hard. It is staying stopped. At least that has been the case for myself. Eventually there comes a day when our mood is so foul that we, either just can't take the pain, or deal with these people, places or things and in that frame of mind, make a decision to use. Then the cycle starts all over. Addiction is progressive. It gets harder to stop each time. If you find yourself on this site, most likely you are and addict like myself. We are like men who have lost their legs, they never grow new ones. We all suffer from the same malady...

Hey everyone...I haven't been on in a while.

I'm on day 50 roughly....lost count actually. Doing great and really don't think about pills much anymore. I committed myself to being strong and getting it done. A few people think that just by saying "I can do this" is not enough. Well, it has been enough for me as I have done this on my own so far. I suppose everyone has their own "best" method. I just know for me committing my mind to it was what I needed.

I hope everyone is doing well on their journeys.
