Today I will not drink because my violin practise is more important and when I drink my skills go out of the window.

I will not drink today because I am going to the cabin for a bar be que , and to spend some time with someone I respect and love . I have made a choice ,this will be a better place to be, instead of being in the shed , alone , and going to hell alone.

i will not drink today, because hangover and depression is equals to Hell. and i hate the way i hurt my family because of my insanity to alcohol.

i will not drink today, because, though i'm battling with crave right now, i keep telling myself that life with alcohol is a hell, i don't want to go back into that miserable life.
