Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this, it seems weird to me but then this is my first & only time weaning off methadone.
I keep shaking like I did a bunch of speed, my hands are shaking so bad I can't even write with a pen, can barely type. And I feel this shaking all through my body, on like a skeletal level, like my bones are rattling. It started yesterday when I had a deep craving (did not use!) and I'm having anxiety with it too, though my heart isn't thumping like it does on speedy stuff. I feel best curled up in a corner, moving as littl as possible. The more active I am, it seems the more I shake. Also I keep yawning and then getting the jaw wobble, and I find myself clenching my jaw subconsciously & really having to work to loosen it. Then it shakes like crazy. I guess I just want to know if this is normal withdrawal after almost 2 weeks off methadone, and if anyone else has felt it, or if It's something totally different & I should see my doctor. Thanks for your help. :) |
