20 years into my recovery, having researched where 12 Steps came from and fascinated with how well they work, regardless of age, race, gender or addiction, I finally wrote the first 12 Step manual for the stubborn intellectual who just doesn't get it...yet. I haven't met a stupid alcoholic or addict in more than 20 years of continuous sobriety. We are all above average intelligence.

I've sat on my county Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board, I've been director of one of the largest Christian recovery centers in CA north of San Francisco, and most recently serve as a Program Manager for the largest secular recovery center in the county. I've helped a lot of people get free from addiction, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help so many people change their lives but I am still more excited about this book 12 Steps: NOT For Dummies than anything I've ever been involved with.

For even the chronic relapser, you can get 12 Steps: NOT For Dummies at http://www.12StepsNotForDummies.com. or at http://Amazon.com (search for '12 Steps: NOT For Dummies' or 'Don C., RAS'). Recovery happens. It can happen for you, no matter how many treatment programs or detoxes you've been through. This is recovery made simple.

http://www.12StepsNotForDummies.com - The book is only $14.95 and it will change your life, or the life of your loved one who is trapped in their addiction. Recovery made simple.
