I just tried to do a planned subutex reduction at home but I became suicidal and had to stop. For me the restless limbs are the hardest thing to deal with. I already did a benzo detox so there's no way I can use them but there's an out patient programme that offers lofexadine. I know it helps with withdrawal symptoms but does it specifically help with RLS? (when I did my benzo detox I was on anti seizure medication and that helped but doctors haven't been willing to let me go back on it)

Hope you can get through the spazzing legs, it's now Sunday night and I last dosed, 3x0.4mg on Tuesday. Gotta say the insomnia from mad legs has been hardest I think, apart from from when am managing to close eyes am visited by every horrid thought I've ever experienced!!!!! Legs are only now feeling like I might get a rest, although still going to take a sleeper as I am in work in AM and need sleep desperately.

Best of luck and best wishes to anyone trying to free themselves. Gotta be worth it.
