I've been on 8mill of subs for about 5years iv tried reducing a few times but it never works for me i think the only way im gonna do it is cold turkey. Im a mother of 2 beautiful girls 12&13 i need to do this now. I now wot to expect but it still really scary. Can anyone give me any advice tips anything. Im petrified.
