I am 21 years old....i've been smoking marijuana for the last 1 and a half year unaware of the fact that it will effects me someway...recently i came to realise that something is wrong with my memory and learning ability....so i decided to quit and somehow i manage to quit it...so right now i am looking for any suggestion that will help me recover my death brain cell...if anyone heard me please help me out...i really need help...if incased u want to help me this is my email-jeremythawmsong@gmail.com

you just sound like you wanna learn :D
i don't think it would take long for your brain to reach full recovery, especially with a bit of effort! maybe go on some massive wikipedia binge if you wanna get smarter haha congrats tho on the quitting, gud luk wid da diploma | ||

First off, don't worry about it too much. You're young and you only smoked for a short period of time. Id suggest after quitting lots of exercise, healthy diet, mediation, brain training (reading, problem solving, sudoku. Time is your friend cheers, | ||
