Opiate Withdrawal And Insomnia

I'm on day 37 of my withdrawal from opiate abuse after 10 years [norco, tramadol]. I did it cold turkey. Now I have severe insomnia. How many people still have insomnia after 37 days? I only sleep 3-4 hours a night. I'm going crazy over sleep deprivation. Seeing a Sleep doctor in a week. A doctor gave me trazodone. Tried it and it is not good. Stopped it after a few days. That's replacing one addiction for another. How do you actually cure the insomnia phase?

Are you attending NA meetings ??

What makes you think you can use for years and then just decide to walk away ??

All the best.
