So ive fallen off the wagon after six yrs of sobriety. I need help bad. Things could get so much worse if I dont. Please someone help me

Life doesnt end there. You are not alone. Commit yourself on the treatment. Seek for some professional help. Accept the problem and dont be embarrass to get help from others especially to your love ones, confess now. Nothing will lose. Take care of your health.
