I'm learning that routines are extremely important in recovery. I get in my knees every morning after I get dressed before I leave for work to ask that I only focus on others and ask to stay away from self seeking, as well as express thankfulness for a new day. I'm trying to work other tools into my Arsenal. Can you share some of those that are key for you? Thank you in advance

Every morning I write a list of 3 things I am grateful for.. one accomplishment from the day before one thing of beauty... I do this every morning and send it along to others who send their gratitude list /accomp/beauty list back to me and i also begin my day with prayers and readings.
