16-steps?

Has anyone ever done the 16-steps to empowerment before?

I found this 16-Step Google Group that is a 24/7 online meeting (16-steps empowerment group). I've been interested in trying an alternative approach to the 12-steps for a while now, but there are none in my area within a 90 mile radius. Online seems to be my only option unless I start my own local program.
